Hey! Good news is that I'm almost done. Map Editor is 99% complete, the final percent is the hardest one though. I think it's a matter of days until we release it.

Well, I think we are ready to go! [cool]
I asked megas, he will upload mapeditor to our server. In the beginning a direct link will do fine, later he will make a page for it.

Let's go with a dropbox link. Megas with his stuff will catch up later. Have fun! And don't hesitate to ask questions, since many things might not be obvious.

great first version map editor. hadnt checked it out till now, finally [tongue] very glad you chose to include arrow key movement, was actually gonna suggest that for the game itself...
anyhow, i only got 'aquainted' for a first time look so far -i have an issue with the vertical size of the program. the last row of objects is hidden by taskbar (windows7 if matters) so i cant select roads. Possibly i can fix on my end?? i havent fiddled with moving taskbar in longtime will take a look.
With the tools in front of you, one can see how much time it might take to build worthy battlefields for us [comp] You made it very simple to work, which is all the better.

>remember, Winter is coming.

stay tuned for questions....

Need quick overveiw on village parameters > pop is default 25. maybe just quick explanation if you could. Im not familiar enough with the numbers at this point, to know what a high or low number is. Not too make crazy map with insane numbers [cool]  just as an fyi
The next parameter- master city (index) was quick to figure out.

Under the castles editor default pop is 20 >so im assuming your answer on villages will guide me here.
But what does the update villages tick box effect?
